Major Tasks:
 Analysis of the business needs of the customers by identifying potential problems and proposing solutions by optimizing the processes and the organization of our customers to address their current or future business challenges
 Translation of business requirements and/or change requests from the customer in functional and high level technical specifications, keeping in mind the technical and functional integrity of the application
 Validation of the implemented solution against the functional specifications and as ‘inspector’ to ensure that the solution will match the business requirements (Testcases)
 Support to project team along the development phase (Project Manager, Information Architect, Designer, Developer)
 Give classroom training sessions
Job Requirements:
 At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Process consulting and/or Functional analysis
 Relevant knowledge of UML, use case descriptions
 Concrete business process modeling experience
 Being able to gather, validate, aggregate and conceptualize relevant data and information
 Excellent project management skills
 Project Methodology (Prince2, PMI, other) and/or ITIL certificates are a plus
 Experience in Energy & Utilities market processes is an important advantage
Profile:
 University degree or equivalent by experience (Economics, Commercial Engineer, Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Computer Sciences)
 Excellent interpersonal skills and a mature, professional appearance
 Efficient planning and organization skills
 Well organized with attention to detail and quality.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Eager to learn
 Autonomous, showing authority and integrity
 A positive and constructive thinker
 Teamplayer
Languages:
 Fluent in English and Dutch or French
