Our client offers recruiting and outsourcing services in different areas. They own offices in 16 countries worldwide. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for motivated Recruitment Assistants to join their teams in Zaventem and Brussels.
About the job…
As a Recruitment Assistant your main tasks will include:
-Welcoming candidates and answering incoming telephone calls
-Responsibility for all office management tasks (ordering business cards, office supplies, etc.)
-Providing administrative support to the consultants: confirming and following-up on appointments, handling mail & correspondence, etc.
-Publishing job ads on different websites
-Adding candidate info & documents into the database
-Working on different marketing projects, e.g.: taking care of mailings, gadgets, campus recruitment, and liaising with different schools
-Assisting with the organisation of events
About the profile they are looking for…
-You are fluent in Dutch (both speaking and writing), you have a very good knowledge of French and a good level in English
-You have a Degree in a relevant field (Bachelor or Master in Office Management/Administration/Languages/Communication/….) or you are equivalent by experience
- A first experience in a similar function can be an important asset
-You have good IT-skills and you work easily with different PC software
-You are discrete and professional
-You are very accurate and able to set clear priorities
-You have excellent interpersonal skills and you feel comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
-You are a real team player!
