As part of the continuing growth of our Brussels office, we are currently looking for an HR Assistant to strengthen our team. This person will grow towards the position of Junior Recruitment Consultant after a short training period.


About the job:

Your job will entail:

- HR Assistant duties:

• Welcoming candidates, administering and correcting tests
• Supervising the candidates while they are taking their tests
• Providing administrative support to the Consultants
• Participating in the preparation of client and candidate events
• Liaising with the offices in the UK and France
• Doing general research work
• Preparing and following up on commercial projects
• Performing reception duties
• Handling phone calls, emails and correspondence
• Preparing mailings
• Carrying out office management duties (ordering office supplies, comparing the prices of the market, etc.)
• Filing and archiving

- Recruitment taks:

• Sourcing candidates and Screening CVs (searching on recruitment and networking websites, etc.)
• Giving feedback to the applicants
• Interviewing candidates and preparing files
• Administering and correcting tests
• Managing and developing a client portfolio (building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, prospecting new clients, networking, etc.)
• Scheduling and attending client visits
• Taking job descriptions from clients
• Writing job advertisements and placing them online
• Providing advice to clients and candidates
• Preparing and attending special events
• Assisting in several projects: preparing mailings, assisting in the organisation of candidate and school events, etc.


Profile:

• You have a Bachelor or Master Degree.
• You are trilingual: Dutch, French and English
• You have a good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• You are motivated, proactive and result oriented)
• You are accurate, organised and you know how to prioritise your work
• You are communicative, resourceful and you like working in team


Offer :

• A permanent contract with a 6-month trial period

• Growth towards a Junior Consultant role within a period of 4-8 months!
